Aegean. Tyr character.

Aegean blue leather, a small And Her Son maker mark and warm copper-tone rivets. This Tyr keeps its face free of the longship artwork: the color, grain and curved card-pocket openings do the talking. Troy hand cuts the leather and sets the rivets in our family home shop in Bellevue, Washington. A compact non-Horween edition, with the actual front and edge views shown in its gallery. Keep it away from prolonged moisture and direct heat; wipe gently with a soft dry cloth and let damp leather dry naturally.

This is the Aegean Tyr: the individual wallet shown in this gallery, with its own leather combination and hand-set rivets. Its photos belong to this piece. Explore the other Tyr wallets below to compare colors, materials, and prices.

Aegean: medium blue. These color names describe the leather’s appearance; natural grain, pull-up and lighting give the surface its own depth. Use the real exterior and interior photographs to see this individual combination.

Tyr - travel light, carry character.

Tyr is the Viking Line's compact riveted card wallet. Curved leather panels, visible rivets and a simple pocket layout give it a distinctive shape without the bulk of a folding wallet. Each physical piece has its own leather combination and photographs.

Cut and riveted by hand in Bellevue

Troy, Desiree's husband, makes these wallets in our family home shop in Bellevue, Washington. He cuts the leather pieces by hand, builds the layered card pockets and sets the rivets that hold the sides and base together. The construction stays visible: leather, shaped openings and hardware working together.

A little Viking spirit

Troy's Norwegian and Swedish heritage informs the names and character of the Viking Line. Tyr brings that spirit to an everyday card wallet with a smaller footprint than our folding designs. It is a useful place for bold color, natural leather grain and, on selected individual pieces, engraved artwork.

Know the piece you are choosing

The individual wallet description identifies its color, leather and artwork. Its gallery shows that physical piece. Natural grain and surface markings belong to the leather, so the photos are the best guide to its particular character. Use the front and edge views to look at the pocket shapes, rivet placement and layered construction.

Care for the journey

Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth. Keep leather out of prolonged moisture and direct heat, and let it air-dry naturally if damp.
